Private-beta service
Yerki is pre-release software operated by the operator of Yerki. Features, availability, storage behaviour and supported devices may change. Access may be limited, paused or withdrawn while the product is tested.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, using accurate account information and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Do not share a private-beta invitation or test account unless Yerki has approved it.
Your content
You retain ownership of the writing, recordings, visual material and files you submit. You give Yerki the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronise, transcribe and return that content to provide the features you choose to use.
You are responsible for having the right to upload or record content and for obtaining any consent required from meeting participants or other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use Yerki to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, access another user’s information, evade security controls, overload the service or process content you have no right to use.
Recording responsibility
Recording laws and workplace rules vary. You are responsible for telling participants, obtaining consent and following the rules that apply to your meeting, location and organisation.
AI and transcripts
Transcripts and intelligence may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are aids to professional judgement, not legal, medical, financial or compliance advice. Review important outputs against the linked recording, writing or other evidence before acting.
Availability and data safety
Yerki is designed to preserve work locally and synchronise it when configured, but private-beta software is provided without a service-level agreement. Keep independent copies of information that would cause serious harm if unavailable. Yerki does not promise uninterrupted service or zero data loss.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, security risk, legal obligation, prolonged inactivity or the end of the beta. Where practical, Yerki will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export content.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yerki is provided on an “as available” basis during private beta without warranties that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final liability language requires legal review before public launch.
Governing law
The governing law and legal contracting entity will be confirmed before Yerki accepts public beta participants. Private-beta access remains subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.
