Current private-beta limitation
Safe, atomic server-side account deletion is not yet complete. It remains a blocker for public App Store submission. Yerki will not claim that an account and every related private object have been deleted until the full process is implemented and verified.
Planned native flow
The native app will provide an easy-to-find deletion action in account settings. It will require reauthentication or a clear confirmation before the request is accepted. A website or support route may help when the app is inaccessible, but it will not replace Apple’s requirement for in-app initiation where account creation is offered.
Expected deletion scope
The complete flow is expected to remove the account and user-owned Memories, writing, visual documents, recordings, transcripts, attachments, actions, decisions, risks, evidence, queued changes and private storage objects, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Propagation and backups
Deletion can take time to propagate through processing systems and protected backups. When the final process is available, Yerki will state the expected timeframe and confirm completion.
If you cannot access the app
Contact support@yerki.app from the email associated with the account. Support may verify account ownership using the existing account email or another proportionate method. Do not email identity documents unless Yerki support has established a secure and necessary process.
